I could not recommend any realtor(s) more than Bob and Lisa Hammerstein! They were invaluable in selling my parents’ house. I had been extremely anxious because I was selling the house long distance, but Bob and Lisa were attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful in recommending contractors to spruce up the house and get it ready for sale. They went above and beyond, arranging to meet the workers and let them into the house, because nobody in the family was nearby. Bob and Lisa stayed on top of everything, paying attention to the details. They were frequently in contact with our family, letting us know what potential buyers thought of the house, following through with everything. They were with us every step of the way, from staging the house (with some of their own items) before it went on the market to making sure that the cleaners had done a good job before the final walk through before closing. And, we got a lot more from the house sale than we ever thought we would...
