DescriptionPeter Leeds has been licensed in real estate since 2010 and active since 2012. His real estate experience includes working with buyers and sellers in Windham, Columbia, Mansfield, and other eastern Connecticut communities. With strong sales in multi-family properties and manufactured homes, as well as single-family homes, Peter has the range of experience to cover his clients in many areas. A community-proud and community-active person, Peter is well known in his local area as a sports guy (hence his Facebook business page Not Just The Sports Guy). Peter was a long-time teacher and athletics coach in Tolland, as well as a soccer coach, official, and club officer with Columbia Windham Soccer Alliance and also had stints as a youth basketball and baseball coach in Willimantic. Peter recently retired as the Director of Athletics at Parish Hill Middle / High School, which served the towns of Chaplin, Hampton, and Scotland, but continues to keep sports-sharp with his bike rides, walks, hikes, and soccer refereeing. Peter has also carved out a niche for eastern Connecticut buyers with his expertise in outdoor activities and organizations. Combining his prior career as an educator and sports official with his continuing quest for improvement as a real estate agent, Peter is an ideal real estate sales person, as a representative for first-time home buyers and for those pursuing their American dream of real estate ownership.
