- Helped me sell a home
Paul helped us sell our home in Eagle Rock this summer and we have nothing but good things to say about him. We spoke with Paul and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing us with information regarding the homes that they sell, how they promote their listings, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing us with information regarding comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located in the “hidden part” of Eagle Rock would be tough to sell (especially after our neighbor who lived 3 houses down decided to put their house on the market one week after we did). Paul reassured us that we would not be affected and made the process incredibly easy. Paul and his team from Real Estate Heaven took extra steps that I know many other Realtors don't (but should). He had a professional team who came and took beautiful pictures and videos of our home. When we saw our listing for the first time, we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract soon after we put it on the market and when we accepted the offer, Paul walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I would recommend Paul and Real Estate Heaven to everyone I know. He made what could have been a stressful experience a good one and he helped us from the beginning to the end.
