I have my CSP (CERTIFIED SHORT SALE PROFESSIONAL) designation that is fully approved by the State of Nevada Real Estate Division and recently completed my CFAC (CERTIFIED FORECLOSURE ALTERNATIVE CONSULTANT) designation. I can't say enough about how good Monk is as a real estate agent. We tried for almost a year with another agent from another brokerage, with no luck at all. When our contract expired, we were despondent, and planning to wait til spring to try again, when Monk gave us a call. I could tell by the way he spoke that he was aggressive, hungry, and a real ball of fire. We invited him out to the house and asked him why we should believe that he could sell this house when another agent failed after 10 months. He explained to me that he has been building a network of clientele and professionals in the Las Vegas Area for 26 years, and that he would follow every lead to the nth degree to get that sale, and that he wanted a three month contract to sell this house. Not wanting to endure another 3 months of anxiety, we said no. He said, "okay, give me one month to show you what I can do." We agreed, but warned him that this wasn't going to be easy because we would also need to buy another house and coordinate the closings. He said he's done that countless times, and promised results, so we gave him the month. Three days after the listing went up, we got an offer, and accepted. Immediately he took down the parameters of the new house we wanted and every day sent us listings that qualified according to that list. We went with him to see houses 3 or 4 days, and fell in love with one but it was just beyond our reach financially. Within hours from that, he said he found a house that he thought we would love, and could afford. We went immediately to that house, fell in love with it, and bought it. I'm telling you, Monk knows how to get results in the real estate industry, and he leaps into action at full speed until his goals are reached. The best I've ever seen, anywhere. He walked us through both closings, helped us with inspections, answered all our questions, and became a great friend. If you want to sell your house, buy a house, or both, Monk Boyer is the agent you need. He made it crystal clear to us from the very beginning that he was in this to help his clients, and he proved that with every move he made. We will forever be grateful that Monk came into the picture after that long, failed ordeal with the other agent.
