He was the only one who sold my house in a below average market. Not only did he sell my house but he got almost 30% more than all of the other realtors tried to get me. Not only did he get me more money, but he was professional, unlike any other realtor I have ever worked with before. Most importantly, he followed up to let me know feedback from the potential buyers, whether it was a text or a VM. I told him that was important to me and he listened and followed up consistently. Mike Lacey was my 4th or 5th realtor and nobody but Mike could sell my house, and my house was gorgeous. I would highly recommend him. I am in the market now, and just gave him a call and that is why I am writing this review.
