The process of purchasing a home is no doubt stressful, especially when you are a first-time homebuyer looking to buy in an area you've only lived in for a year. After looking through many online reviews of agents in our area, Mike stood out from the pack due to his track record. After a short phone conversation and one-on-one meeting in his office explaining the entire process from start to finish (almost like a mini first-time homebuyer course), I knew why he was rated one of the best agents in Maryland time and time again. Mike truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He is always available by phone, email, or text, and is happy to answer any question his client may have. He knew exactly what we were looking for in our first home, and even though we fell in love (and ended up purchasing the first one we saw), he made sure to show us other comparable properties so that we could make a fully informed decision. Mike's goal is to make his clients happy - and it's safe to say we are over the moon with our purchase. Additionally, Mike has built a reputation with local agents and has made deals for his clients with most, if not all of the sellers agents in our area - making the negotiation process when placing an offer on the property as stress free as it could be. Outside of the home buying transaction, Mike was able to introduce us to members of his network - experienced and well-respected professionals in many fields including home inspection, locksmith, painting, movers, HVAC, car repair, etc. - you name it, Mike has a guy for the job and the quality and cost of these services far surpassed any others in the community. Just because our settlement day has passed, I don't consider our relationship with Mike to be over. As mentioned previously, he is a wealth of knowledge and is happy to help his clients in any way that he can, including areas outside of purchasing a home. He is not just a partner in this transaction, but a friend and guide in the world of homeownership. We would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a home - you will not be disappointed!
