We chose Margaret Weaver because she has a great reputation as a Hernando Beach realtor and she personally resides in Hernando Beach. The day our house went active on MLS, we had multiple offers. She had all parties come back with "highest and best". We chose the highest which was contingent on financing. After 2 long months, the buyers ended the contract and we were back to square one. Margaret immediately went to the second back-up offer, we accepted that cash offer and we were able to close in 2 weeks! All went well with that back-up offer.
