I am not just any Realtor! Let me explain who I am.... I had a successful Catering business for over 15 yrs in California and been known for staging creative food stations and serving great foods. I worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert with the top Traders from Wall Street and proud to say I managed their investments as well as their personal and family home finances. I always was involved with my charity work and received awards for my involvement. I've always been know as a "Team Player". When I moved to Florida to live closer to my parents, I was the Catering Manager at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. I then switched to Hospitality Manager and a personal assistant to the owner and Vice President of Largo Mar Resort in Ft. Lauderdale. While working at Largo Mar Resort, on my off time, I also worked with an investor and managed 28 homes located in Hobbs, New Mexico. Then my life changed, I got married and after several years of living in Ft. Lauderdale we decided to move to Stuart, Fl. Once I was settled my career started over in Stuart, Fl. and my Real Estate business career began. I didn't waste any time and went directly to the best "Keller Williams of the Treasure Coast". I never been more proud to work at Keller Williams and with all the associates. I am involved in the community with my charity work. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Realtors Association of St. Lucie, a Member of the Martin County Chamber of Commerce, and a Member of the Women's Council of Realtors. I have received my ABR Designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and received my RSPS ( Resort and Second-Home Markets Property Specialist Certification.) Short Sale Specialist and keep up with my continuing education yearly. In Real Estate you must know the business; the rules & regulations, how to protect your sellers and buyers. My catering side allows me to help the sellers stage their homes, share my creative insight for buyers when they see a home they like but not sure what they can do with it, and my investment side helps both buyers and sellers with their home finances . - Helped me buy a home
Lynn kept us up to date on available properties. Her personality, energy, and attitude were determining factors in continuing to work with Lynn over a 3 year period. She was patient as we had to work through medical and other problems through that time period. Then, when we found a unit we wanted, she was honest and cooperative as we had to rely on her professional judgment as we were up north and bought the unit looking at the pictures she sent us. Her realistic assessment of the property and her ideas on decorating needs were invaluable. Lynn put in a great deal of time with our condo search and watched out for our best interests. She continues to be a valuable resource.
