Lisa Santilli is an unbelievably smart, strategic, and savvy realtor. She is a remarkable professional with many admirable accolades. What we loved most about Lisa from the very beginning was her humble and kind demeanor. She doesn't overwhelm her clients with the buying and selling process. Lisa takes her time to get to know her client, stays unbiased, and does her best to remove as much of the stress of the selling process from her clients. She does so by being extremely organized with each step of the process, from house photos, to hiring a stager, to preparing documents for the listing of the home. She is well-versed in the various marketing vehicles in today’s world; not just relying on online MLS listings to get the word out, but also promoting homes via social media, which is a popular and proven platform in today’s society. When Lisa sold our condo, a neighbor stated they never had seen so many cars at a condo open-house; he said it got him and others to think about selling their place too. Lisa knocked it out of the park! Lisa is always connected as well, which was very important to us, especially on the buying side in this difficult market. Whenever we wanted to view a home or find out more details about a new listing, Lisa was on top of it right-a-way. She has the sense-of-urgency one needs in today’s buying market, and she is also very skillful and trustworthy with her offer strategies. Thanks to Lisa, we were able to sell our condo over asking price, and buy our dream home! The timing and execution of both selling and buying aligned perfectly. We couldn’t be happier to have met Lisa and are so grateful for all of her guidance, support, and expertise!
