Kyle is a down to earth, knowledgeable, straight forward guy who not only performed all the necessary tasks to help my wife and I buy the right home in Sacramento, he did lots of extras like coordinate repairs after the purchase (we were out of town) and advocate forcefully in our interest with the seller's agent. We are seniors who did not know Sacramento or the market there well and he was a great fit for us.
