My husband and I started our home search with Keith in late spring of 2016; he had been referred to us by someone we knew and has since personally used Keith himself to sell his home. My hubby and I were instantly impressed with Keith's prompt response to begin our working relationship and help find us the right home for our family. He took the details of what we were looking for in the parameters of the cities of interest and got to work immediately creating a profile for us and sending listings to us via e-mail as homes came available on the market. We also had a portal to log into to gain access to other listing outside the parameters we did not specify. During the process of making inquiries on available homes and visiting them, we had questions that needed to be addressed such as who the builder was, how old was the roof, and even flight pattern. (yes, I realize that flight pattern may sound strange, but constant noise would have been a fatal flaw to a home purchase for our family). There were so many answers to other questions that Keith obtained from records or from the seller's agent; he was fantastic at facilitating this! After finding our home, Keith was great in negotiating with the sellers agent and keeping us in the loop as to the status of communications since there was one other offer on the home we were interested in. We were ecstatic to hear that our offer was accepted after a short time of negotiations. I believe that having a real estate agent who is seasoned, respectful, and goes about his job with integrity is what made for our great experience. We would definitely recommend Keith and would use him again in a heartbeat as an agent!
