- Helped me buy a home
We relocated back to MN from the East Coast the summer of 2011. Thought it would be a buyers market due to housing price drops, but was caught off guard with the low inventory of houses. Kathy Murphy was a superb agent! She was patient, gave great advice about "not settling" for a house that wasn't right and ultimately found a wonderful house perfect for our family. She does NOT try and talk you into a house, which I think is one of the signs of a really great realtor. In addition, she got us a REALLY great price, even I was amazed.....
