I used Kathy’s services to purchase a single family house in Hazlet, NJ during late spring to early summer 2017. From the first time I dealt with her, I felt at ease. During the first meeting, she carefully listened to my concerns, asked questions, took some notes, and immediately started showing me homes which fit my criteria and budget within the Hazlet/Matawan area. Since that was my first home buying experience, I had lots and lots of questions about the whole process and she never lost patience with me. I found her to be very approachable and eager to answer all the questions I had in a consistently friendly, cheerful, and down-to-earth manner. She seemed very knowledgeable about the entire Northeastern Monmouth County area real estate market, advising me during the whole process about different things to look out for. Another aspect Kathy excelled at was her responsiveness. She responded to all the questions I had almost immediately 90% of the time, and the rest of the time she would get back to me within the span of a few minutes to a few hours at the latest. Lastly, I love Kathy’s consistency. She has a remarkable ability to deliver the same “can-do-it” attitude time and again, happily and tirelessly. With Kathy’s help, we closed on a decently priced home in Hazlet, which definitely stands out from other homes in the area in terms of its features. Her patience, first and foremost, in addition to her consistently energetic, humble, and cheerful demeanor all combine to create a very reliable realtor one can depend on. Highly recommended!!
