I was #1 in the office for a "single" agent (non-team) every year I worked there, made top listing partner, top buyers agent and a top producer. I was 158 statewide my 1st year have continued to be a contender on the Westside of Los Angeles, being #1 single agent/non-team in my farm in Marina Adj. for many years. I am known as "the neighborhood guy that lives on Sunnyside Ave". I have also been on the big teams and learned quickly what works, and doesn't. I moved my business to the fabulous Power Brokers International, separated from all the corporate nonsense, where I can be far more accommodating to my clients, brand myself and do a far more of a personal job for YOU. I DON'T want to be the listing team with 40 homes on the market! There's no aspiration to have one of my yard signs on every lawn in my service area, out on every street and directional signs on every corner like some big teams & brokerages you’re familiar with.
