My 30+ year real estate career has been all about helping, caring, and providing for people's needs in what is usually the biggest investment they ever make in life. After 1,000's of transactions, I have become an expert in the practical side of real estate and specialize in helping people accomplish their personal goals - be they second home/vacation getaway, first time homeowner/no renting, career transition or move up housing, or retirement housing. I don't count my commission dollars the minute I take a listing or meet a new client (I never count it). I'd rather help solve a problem and find a better way.
