About Me I am a devoted husband to Florence, my wife, and father of twin girls Hope and Campbell who are now almost 7 years old. I reside in Denver’s latest experiment commonly referred to as Stapleton and enjoy all the conveniences of living downtown. With a focus on real estate investing, I obtained my real estate license in October of 2006 and since have been directly or indirectly involved in hundreds of real estate transactions within the Denver Metro Area representing buyers, sellers, and often even myself. Special Note to Buyers As you have heard many times before, you make all your money in real estate when you buy, and I certainly agree. I make it a habit to check for new active listings daily, as often times the best deals do not last long. Special Note to Sellers We have all heard the cliché “You never get a second chance to make a first impression,” this is especially so in Real Estate! When listing your home we have all been tempted to throw out a “what if” price… but keep in mind that you will never have a larger or more captive audience than when you first enter the marketplace and it is never a good idea to waste this “one-time“ opportunity.

Joel is TERRIFIC. He helped us buy our first home in Park Hill in October 2009. He knows the local neighborhoods/market very, very well, so he FOUND THE PERFECT HOME FOR US right away, and made the buying process for us first-time buyers a complete cakewalk. He also helped us sell that house almost 4 years later, in August 2013. He SOLD OUR OLD HOUSE IMMEDIATELY (before it was even listed), and got us a price that was even higher than we anticipated. The entire process was super fast and easy. He then helped us buy our second house, in Stapleton this time, in a hyper-competitive buyers-market, beating out lots of other buyers' agents to secure a fantastic home for us--again! Joel is the BEST AGENT IN TOWN, and we would highly recommend him to anyone without the slightest reservation.
