Jeannette helped us purchase our first home and we can't say enough to express our gratitude. She is knowledgeable, caring, honest, dedicated, patient, and professional. She made sure my husband and I understood each step of the process and never hesitated to answer our questions. There were times when she even answered text messages very late at night to accommodate our schedules. She went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. For instance, the homeowners agreed to leave the appliances (washer, dryer, and refridgerator) in the home but changed their minds last minute and removed them from the home. Jeannette made sure we had these items when we moved in and arranged to have new, like-model appliances delivered to the home. As a family of five (with a 6 year old, 21 month old, and newborn), this was extremely important to us and we are so grateful that she advocated for us; otherwise we may have gotten the short end of the stick. Jeannette works tirelessly for her clients and I recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.
