Gilbert Dirige is by far the best realtor I have never dealt with in the USA. I live in Dubai, United Arabs Emirates and wanted to buy a house in Los Angeles. All the realtors I spoke with were very discouraging and did not want to take the risk of having a foreign investor. Gilbert trusted me and helped me to find my dream home. He understood quickly what I was looking for and purpose of this buy (only investment). He visited so many flats for me, he was always available to speak, even with 11 hours difference, took videos, put them on Youtube and helped to put an offer on the property I liked the most. The seller was rushing to close and Gilbert negotiated every day to build trust and made him wait until closing. It was not easy again because I live in Dubai and need to transfer funds, establish a Power of Attorney, etc. every step was a challenge and Gilbert was most helpful, patient and always smiling. He is a blessing to deal with with high integrity, values. I would recommend him to anyone wanted to buy a property in Los Angeles. He is a true professional, trust worthy and most importantly a real expert on LA market.
