While my home didn't end up being sold because both offers we got within a month fell through, Janie was amazing in helping us. We went through a few different companies before ending up with Janie at Golden Key. The others just didn't try and sell the house. She had offers within 2 months. I don't blame her for it not being sold. She did help us get it turned over as a rental and for that I'm appreciative. I'll definitely ask her to sell it when we are ready to put it back on the market. She has a lot of ambition and is just wonderful to work with!
