Janeese is great! I've used her twice - for a purchase and a sale and recommended her to a close friend who also loved working with her too. The purchase had some tricky deadlines and Janeese was completely on the ball and made what could have been an anxiety causing process nearly stress free. Her instincts are spot on. During the buying process, she was great at seeing the potential in prospective homes and also was good at spying structurally suspect ones. I felt very comfortable following her suggestions and in both transactions walked away very satisfied. She also has at lot of great connections and I was quite pleased with her handy person suggestion. I'll definitely use her again and will keep passing on her name to friends.
