I was moving back to Florida after living out of state for a little over a year. I was unable to travel to Florida to look at houses. I had experience working with Jake when I had moved from Florida and had sold my house in Riverview. Jake took the time to listen to me, look at the houses I was interested in buying and helped me through the process of having the house inspected, answering any and all questions that I had at the time and assisting in the closing process. I could not have done this without him as I was busy with my job and preparing to move. Thanks so much Jake! You are extremely professional and were always there when I sold my previous home and buying this one.
