I recently sold a house located off of Centennial Lane in Ellicott City that I've lived in for 7 years. I was searching for a rental house in Ellicott City to live in for a couple of years and found one on the Zillow website that I liked. I went with my two teenage kids to see the outside of the house after sending an email to her through zillow. Then we went to check the outside of the house and afterwards we decided to call the Real Estate Agent for more information about the house. Next day, I contacted the Agent and told her I was interested in renting the property and she said someone was already interested in renting it. Then I was told to call her back by next week. The Following week I called her back to check on the house again and she didn't check back so I left a voice mail with my name and phone number twice and an email twice but she never called or emailed back to me. After reading all the positive reviews about the agent I had high hopes in working with the agent but she turned out to be the worst agent I have worked with. I didn't receive a call nor an email from her so far. The only reason why I gave a two-star rating of local knowledge is because I don't know if she has great knowledge about this area or not. Overall I had a horrible experience with the so called "highly recommended" agent.

To Whom it May Concern, I have thought at great length about your review and I feel it is time to respond accordingly. You have a right to your opinion about everything, but I feel this review is unjustified. I have no idea who you are! I have had tons and tons of calls about a rental property I "had" for rent. If you emailed me I did respond, however I have a business email address and it very well could have ended up in your spam box, thus you never receiving anything. Calling me the worst agent you've ever worked with doesn't make any sense when we have never "worked" together. If I told you someone else was interested in renting it that means, basically it is "Under Contract" meaning someone else with their agent had the process already done and I was waiting on the landlord to make the final call. I am very sorry you had a "horrible" experience and I do wish you all the best in your search for a rental home!
