Helped me rent a home
In 2005, I was very anxious to move to Florida. Not being retirement age yet, Gail recommended that I consider employment before I purchase, and possibly rent. I followed her advise and rented, but could not find employment in Sarasota and moved back to Ohio.
And now it is time to move back to Florida, and Gail is going to be my first contact in Florida. She is very honest and trustworthy.

We found Gail to be competent and well informed on the real estate market in Sarasota/Osprey. She was a good listener and always willing to do what ever was necessary to meet our needs. We were particularly impressed with her honesty and emphasis on educating us to the particulars of each neighborhood we visited. We would recommend Gail without reservation.

Helped me sell a home
Gail Lidinsky had never forgotten a conversation that she and I had more than a year ago: "I'd consider selling my home in a lovely country club community, for the opportunity to 'downsize' into a condonminium near downtown Sarasota," I had said to Gail. I forgot that conversation; but, not Gail! Out-of-the blue, Gail called me after 12 months and asked, "Would you still consider selling your home?" Within hours she brought two prospective buyers, and before I knew it, my home was under contract to sell! No formal listing... no open houses... no trauma! What's more, I love the people who bought my house! Gail knew her prospective clients, she remembered my vague interest in selling, and she defeintely knows the market. Within a few short weeks we closed on the sale, and I'm now moving-on to a new condominium in a downtown-area. "Bravo" Gail!!

Helped me buy a home
Gail was both the listings and the sales agent on the property we bought and we know it was proper representation, so would certainly recommend her.
Gail's straightforward approach was to educate us on the market and we saw every competing property then remarkably came back and bought the one she had listed! Over 3 years later we still have no regrets at all and heartily recommend her for her unusually thorough approach to the business.

Helped me buy a home
Gail's approach was very personable and professional. We benefited from her thorough knowledge of market conditions in the Sarasota area which helped us to arrive at an appropriate bid for the property which we purchased. Her responses to our questions were immediate, despite being on vacation in the middle of no where in Minnesota for some of the time during the bidding process. We would give Gail our highest recommendation.

Although I was only searching for an inexpensive rental, Gail Lidinsky treated me like royalty. I felt like she was giving me the same time/energy/respect/attention as she would have if I had been looking to purchase a million dollar home. She is excellent...friendly, professional, high energy, and goes the extra mile for her clients. I would recommend her to my closest friends and family, or anyone else looking for a trustworthy realtor.
