I want to start off by saying Elias is truly an amazing realtor. I've had the pleasure of working with him twice as a buyer, and once as a seller. I cant say enough good things about his work ethic, but what stands out is his honestly, knowledge, professionalism and true passion for making sure his clients are completely happy. We first worked with Elias in 2008 when my wife and I were looking for our first home. As first-time home buyers, we needed a lot of hand-holding and Elias was there every step of the way. No matter how many question we had Elias was just a phone call or email away and responded unbelievably quick each time. He was extremely patient during this process and showed us countless houses. No matter how many houses he showed us we never felt pressured to make an offer and he kept telling us not to worry, we would know when its the right house. Finally, we found our perfect first home and Elias helped us with our offer based on the market conditions and competiion at the time. After the offer was accepted he remained in costant contact with us, keeping us informed of where we where in the process. In 2013 we decided it was time to find a bigger house as our family had grown. We knew Elias was the perfect person for the job. We explained our sitation and he was excited to help. He went over all the different options we had. We decided to list our old house and begin looking for a new house. Again, Elias was on top of it and constantly available for any question we threw his way. We had previously planned a vacation for our anniversary which was scheduled the same week the house was going to hit the MLS. Elias told us not to worry about a thing and he would take care of everything while we were gone. He started showing our house right away and by the time we returned we had several offers. Based on his knowledge he advised us what offer to accept but given my lack of experience I took the offer that was more monetarily favorable to us. He was very honest and advised us of the risk, but left the decision up to us. It turned our Elias was right all along as the offer didn't work out. He was looking at the decision in our best interest but we were blinded by the slight potential financial gain. Thanks to Elias, he had other offers that were still available. The offer he advised we accept ended up being the right choice all along and we quickly went into escrow. Immediately after going into escrow we started the search for our new home. Luckily this time around we found our dream home right away. We gave him all of our "must have's" and he went to work right away. The house he found hit the market on a Friday and we we saw the house on Saturday. We ended up writting the offer the same day and it was accepted on Tuesday. The whole process for buying our second home took 4 days!! Thanks to Elias's hardwork, dedication, and love for what he does, the home we were selling ended up closing one week before the home we were buying. The whole process was seamless (aside from us not initially taking Elias's advice on the offer we first accepted). Even after moving into our home Elias checked on use to make sure we were happy and to see if there was anything else he could do for us. We truly couldnt have asked for a better realtor. If you are in a search for a realtor, and you want someone to fight for you every step of the way, your search is over. Please believe me when I say you will be in the absolute best hands.
