- Helped me buy a home
Diane and her team assisted my husband and I in finding the perfect home within our budget and location. They were quick in scheduling viewings (from being notified of our interest in a home to viewing that listing was normally within 24 hours and at times that very day). Diane and her team were knowledgeable with the current home market during our search and we only lost bids with “all cash buyers” which is normally the case. Although we were “strong buyers”, Diane always had our best interest and we knew her suggested bid was ideal. In our case, we saw our current new home the first day we went out with her team, however, there were several open COs and other issues with the home that were not in our best interest. We were hung up on that home that Diane never gave up on “checking in” with that listing and the agent - we finally were able to get that home because of her due diligence and her ability to bargain for what we wanted (price and the closing of the various COs) in order for us to come to the closing table. I nicknamed her “a pitbull” because like a pitbull once she locks her jaws into a negotiation, she does not let go. We purchased our home when the market for our area was low with homes and high with prices. Homes were being listed and sold quickly at a high listing price. The process of purchasing a new home for new home owners is an overwhelming and, at times, confusing process but my husband and I always felt she and her team had our best interest. She became family for us - that is how involved Diane and her team became in our lives as well as the impact she left with us. She was there from the beginning to the end and thereafter (we recently received a beautiful hand written holiday card 3 months since purchase from her and her team wishing us happy holidays).
