- Helped me sell a home
Mrs. Williamson helped me to sell my home in Miramar and assisted me in the relocation to West Palm Beach Florida. From day one, she was very professional. I called her and told her that an investor wanted to buy my home. He said he would give me $50,000. cash and help me to relocate. I thought that it was a fair amount but I said let me just get professional advice. I made an appointment with Ms. Williamson. She was prompt about getting back to me, she was on time the day of and very patient with me. She came over to my home and showed me her market research that she did on my home and loe and behold; my value was $169,900-that was a $119,900 difference from what the investor wanted to give me. I was shocked. I said anxiously, lets list it and where do I sign. Then, Ms. Williamson walked me through everything that was needed for me to do in my home to get a quick sale. First, she told me to declutter and get repairs done to my home. When I began the mission, It was very painful to start packing and trashing out old stuff but she continuously motivated me to do so. She reminded me every day to stay focused and just do a little each day and slowly I will get to the end of my journey. She also repeatedly kept telling me that I was close to my dreams of moving close to my grand kids now that I'm retired, "so stay focused". She literally had to hold my hand through this whole ordeal. I really needed the moral support because I had -Sellers remorse. Besides, it was hard to wrap my mind around me having to move after I've been living in my home for over 20 years. I had several major repairs that was needed but Ms. Williamson called a few contractors to correct the problems at the lowest cost and I was able to move ahead with my sell at a steady pace. After decluttering, getting repairs done and getting my mind right for my paradigm shift; Ms. Williamson started getting agents and their clients to view my home. Once again, I started freaking out when I started seeing so many agents viewing my home. I called her and said where are all of these people coming from. Her powerful words helped me to get over my remorse again. She said to me, "Ms. Delphine you hired me to get the job done and to be frank, we most thank God for the flow of people viewing your home. Just look across the street, your neighbor listed their house 2 months ago and hardly have anyone viewing it". I said to her, you are absolutely right Ms. Williamson, I got over what I was going through real quick. This woman is amazing, I received a contract three days from the start of showing my home. Furthermore, we listed the home for $169,900. but received a contract for $178,000. Don't ask me how she did that but we received lots of offers. My home closed and Ms. Williamson helped me to find a home that I purchased for all cash and I had money left over to enjoy my retirement. My new home had everything I asked for, all because she worked hard to find exactly what I requested. I loved the fact that she made my whole transaction so easy all because she worked tirelessly to help me to accomplish my dreams. I said to her early on, do you every sleep? just because I would receive emails from her 4 and 5 o'clock in the morning and text messages through out the day about updates, contract offers and anything she thought would be helpful to me. My final words to anyone looking for help in real estate. Don't let anyone foul you, Ms. Williamson is the best in the business and I highly recommend her. I even referred her to my curious neighbor -Andrea who was asking about all the traffic of people viewing my home. Believe it or not Andrea used her as well to sell her grandmothers condo at 1400 St. Charles Place Pembroke Pines, Florida.
