Managed the sales and marketing for one of the largest regional home builders in the Southeast. Responsibilities included land acquisition and development of new home subdivisions, hiring and training of real estate sales agents, marketing homes and advertising. Having developed over 20 neighborhoods or additions to existing neighborhoods and hundreds of new home designs there isn't many communities we aren't familiar with in South Alabama and Northwest Florida.

I am the type of guy who goes directly to the source... with that said, my wife and I contacted David Kahalley on a property we were interested in because he was the listing Agent. We later learned that he was also the Owner of Shamrock Properties, the listing Agency. I was so impressed with David and his staff every step of the way, from the point from the initial showing, thru the repetive re-showings, all the way from putting an offer in, to several negotiations back and forth, and ultimately to a final offer being accepted. He always was eager to please even after hours, when most agencies and agents aren't willing or weren't willingly available, even after the sale. He gave me his personal phone # and I felt I could always call, and I did. David was extremely easy to talk to and we can't say enough about Brittney Chandler, who assisted in every way she could, even to head off any potential problems and or questions and answers that need immediate attention, every single time I called. It didn't just stop there....David saw my wife and I all the way up to the day of closing, and thru the closing process. David personally assisted the Sellers and my wife and I (the Buyers) after the closing, to bring both parties together in the end, which made it an even more personal and emotional experience for both parties and for that, I believe David Kahalley and his staff are not in it just to do a job and earn a pay check, but rather are called to help people in their transitions. I personally recommend Shamrock Properties and have the highest regard for David Kahalley, his staff. I believe his success is due to giving that little bit of extra attention and attention to details, personally himself, that ultimately won me over. You just can't get that kind of personal attention from a big company. I can say with out question Shamrock Properties will always be my go to Realty and Property Management Company for years to come. I give Shamrock Properties and David Kahalley 5 STARS +..... and not only can I say I left with a smile on my face, but I believe I felt a little "LUCK of the IRISH"
