World's Best Realtor award goes to Dave Gill!!! We are EXTREMELY pleased with the service that Dave provided us during our first home purchase together. I am so glad that our friends referred Dave to us. From the initial contact we had with him over the phone, We already knew that Dave was going to work for us and look out for our best interest. Because we're thousands of miles away, Dave was quick to jump at going to view the house that caught our eyes for us. He was always honest with his opinions, knew what was best for us, and provided us with a lot of knowledge we didn't know about during the home buying process. He is very skilled at what he does, especially with his contract negotiation skills. He was able to get our dream home within our budget. Dave was very responsive through email, text, and calls any time of the day. I was able to ask any question and voice my concerns and Dave was always there to answer and listen to us. Even after we closed, Dave was still there for us to answer any questions and address our needs.
