Craig is a local agent who knows his town and its market. He worked with me to find the home I wanted within my budget, must haves, and architectural preference. He never pushed a sell, but did give me plenty of options through email and word of mouth with his continuous market searches. He became familiar with my likes/dislikes so much he told me he had a house he knew I would not want to pass up. He was correct! Being a first time home buyer and a veteran, he had a complete overview of how the buying process was going to go. We contemplated which loan would best suite me financial which means he is not only knowledgeable about conventional loans, but VA loans as well. The process itself was excruciatingly long winded. There was Craig to let me know that everything was normal. As he went over before the process started, everything went as planned. There was not a time Craig was unavailable. I had to even tell him to enjoy his vacation and we would deal with looking at a house/making an offer when he returned to work. He knew I wanted this house so he sent an associate over to help make the offer while being closely involved with my terms of the offer. My excitement was Craig's excitement about the house. His customer service is beyond excellent. In summation, I would emphatically recommend anyone to Craig Elliott. He is professional at his craft. However, the person he is makes the home buying experience enjoyable, less stressful, and complete. Thank you Craig. Jake M. Evansville, IN
