Cora recently sold our home in Laguna Niguel. She was a fabulous partner from the initial interview to the close. We started the process by interviewing four local realtors. Unlike one of the top ten realtors for our city, Cora actually listened. That “top ten” realtor wanted to list our home for $75K less than our actual closing price! Cora had a great plan for marketing our home, but was also very open to our input and ideas. She knew the neighborhood and was able to communicate all the features to prospective buyers. Her extensive list of local resources came in extremely handy when we experienced a slab leak FIVE DAYS before our first open house – she was able to connect us with a repipe company (and yes we interviewed two others as well), that had a great price and got the job done within a week. We only lost one weekend, the price for the job was quite reasonable and we had a new selling point to add to our listing. Cora was very professional about offering advice on an improvement that made our house more marketable and vastly improved our final selling price. While I initially balked at spending a few thousand dollars, Cora provided great examples of homes that sold with the enhancements she recommended. She wasn’t at all pushy, just informative. I am so glad I listened to her advice. I have no doubt the return on my investment was easily triple my expense. During the negotiations and the closing process, Cora was organized and on point. She was diligent about ensuring that all the targets were completed so as to close on time. The team of Keller Williams realtors who she had running our open houses were all professional and took great care of our home. Cora also helped with the little things – she lent me her garage sale signs when we decided to sell some things and passed along a bunch of moving boxes and packing materials from one of her other clients which came in really handy. She was ALWAYS accessible (even when she was on vacation!) She promptly returned phone calls, texts and emails. Cora made the entire process as painless and profitable as possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
