I have been licensed for 28 years and have been a Broker for 22 of those years. My goal in the process to assist people in marketing and selling their homes is to help educate them on the Current market conditions and the overall process. The difference between a Realtor and a professional, is the professional is willing to teach. Some Realtor's find it hard to reveal their professional secrets. However, I think giving information helps build trust with prospective clients and trust is a bridge to long term relationships I also enjoy assisting buyers in finding homes, which I believe is an education process. The more the buyer understands the loan process, the market place, the conditions of the properties and the surrounding values the more I have empowered them to make informed decisions. A home has got to be the perfect fit for the buyer and sometimes it takes tremendous patience to find that fit. I pride myself in taking the right amount of time with each and every client to be sure that their needs are met whether they are buying or selling..My experience is diverse I have been both a sales associate and branch manager for our company. I opened two offices for our company, as we out grew the first one. I enjoyed managing, but in 2003 my husband enter the business and we formed a Team. We have continued year after year to out perform our goals and exceed the market & industry's average, even when the market was down. We are grateful for our success, but owe it to our past client's since over 90% of our business is referred to us from past client's & friends.

Connie and Don were great! They really listened to our needs and they found a home that was perfect for us. My wife and I were first time home buyers who didn't have a clue what to look for in a house. Connie and Don patiently explained to us the ins and outs of buying a home. They are honest, pointing out different concerns or potential problems in a house that we would never think to look for. They have great availability and were able to take us out on weekends and after work. These two know the area extremely well. If you are moving to the Burlington County region, I would recommend giving Connie a call.
