Based on Geneva NY, CJS Enterprises was involved in the acquisition and management of residential and commercial properties in the Finger lakes Region of Upstate NY. Chris was owner and President of the company and was in charge of all facets of the purchases, management and sale of the assets.

Chris took over the helm as CEO of the local YMCA and was involved in a complete rejuvenation of the organization both financially and with the facility. "Putting People First" is the motto he came up with and till this day is still used by that YMCA.
Geneva Housing Authority
January 1977 - January 1987
Chris started his career in 1977 in the local housing authority in charge of the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. In a very short time at the age of 26 he was appointed the Executive Director/CEO of the agency in charge of hundreds of units both scattered and project based. At the time he was the youngest CEO for a Housing Authority in the entire State.
