- Helped me buy a home
You know the phrase, "There's an app for that" well if you are interested in buying a home, "There's a Cheryl for that". From the moment we met Cheryl she was attentive, professional and made the home buying process remarkably easy. We communicated with Cheryl at all times of the day and on various days of the week and she was consistently responsive. We are still not sure when she actually sleeps. We were coming from San Francisco and she took the time to drive us all around Oakland so we could get a feel for the neighborhood that best suited us. She also put no pressure on us as we looked and let us proceed with the house we wanted on our own time. We would like to think we were lucky that our first offer on our first house was accepted, but we know that was due to Cheryl's ability to present our most competitive offer that we were still comfortable with. Buying your first home, especially in the competitive Bay Area market, can be overwhelming but with Cheryl's help we look back on this experience as a positive one. Your best move would be to work with Cheryl.
