- Helped me buy a home
I went through multiple agents in Cleveland before I finally found Cecilia. She was extremely responsive, a good source of local knowledge which is important for an out of towner, and ultimately helped find me a great place in a great neighborhood. I will definitely call her if I'm ever crazy enough to buy a house again.

Q:A:This question was posted a while ago. Fannie Mae will typically respond within a few days depending. It depends on who is handling it. It can depend on the submission if anything is missing/required still. It depends on multiples, the first look time frame, etc. Of course you need to work with an agent that deals with Fannie Mae and knows the process. If there are multiples it could take a bit longer. They will provide a deadline. It is crucial to have all the necessary paperwork completed and in order to submit right away if accepted. Q:A:Definitely find a good, local agent in your area to work with. They will be able to guide you through the entire process and connect you with good lenders that can assist you. You will need roughly a 640 credit score to get approved for an FHA loan. There are other creative options also, so you will want to have a good team on your side, (Lender/agent.) Good luck!
Q:A:Most likely you will need a Realtor to make the offer. It's a good idea to find a local, buyer's agent to work with. They will be able to guide you through the entire process and if this one doesn't work out, they will be ready and able to assist you with the next. Some listings online are not for sale but rather in pre-foreclosure. It's possible that the home will never be for sale or will be listed on the MLS shortly. Another reason to have a Realtor on your side to keep an eye out and help you with all the aspects of buying a bank-owned property. Good luck!!
A:Horse property can involve many things and can be a detailed purchase. You should find a good, local Realtor that specializes in horse property in your area. Team up with them and they will be able to guide you through the entire process and guide you. It's a good idea to have Realtor represent you and get to know your needs, wants and situation. Good luck to you and congratulations on your future purchase!
