I am going to start this review by saying that if you need a real estate agent in South Florida, stop your search now and call Carolina. She truly is the best in my mind. After working with her on our new home, I can honestly say that I trust her completely with, what is ultimately, my family’s future. When we decided to buy a new house, we called Carolina and discussed with her our perfect home and perfect neighborhood. We had a long list of wants and needs, but we also had to sell our existing home. Carolina took the time to assess our situation and tell us her honest opinion. She was very upfront about what we could expect from the sale of our current home and really helped us to understand the realities of what we could afford in a new home. I learned from past experiences that you don’t want an agent to tell you what you want to hear, you need an agent to tell you what you need to hear. Carolina was the epitome of professionalism in all aspects of this process. Having our dream home checklist in mind, Carolina was able to find the perfect home for us in no time. We weren’t sure about the asking price, but she was able to negotiate the price to fit within our budget, which was quite a challenge. Carolina kept in close contact with us during the entire process, and kept us informed every step of the way. What I really appreciated about her approach was that she always had multiple options for us, depending on how the other side reacted. She never panicked, and always had a good plan to keep the deal moving forward. When it came to selling our current home, Carolina was able to get an offer for more that I had anticipated. I was amazed throughout this entire process at her negotiating skills, and more importantly, her “feel” for the negotiating process. Carolina really knows her market and knows when to push for more and when the parties have reached their limits. This is such a crucial skill to have as an agent, and Carolina has truly mastered it. One thing that is extremely important to know about working with Carolina is that she has her client’s best interests at heart. She is not focused on getting a deal done for the sake of closing, rather getting the best deal that benefits her clients. She cares about her clients and was invested in our deal like it was her own. I really cannot recommend Carolina more highly to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. She is the most competent, knowledgeable, professional and skillful real estate agent with which I have ever dealt. I am completely confident that Carolina will exceed all of your expectations.
