After many years of working as an agent, as an associate broker, and as aan owner of a franchise fof a large international real estate company, I opened up a small, independent boutique brokerage firm, where I can concentrate solely on the most important people in the real estate industry - the clients! TeamWors Real Estate LLC - the name is the pholosophy. When buying, selling, leasing or exchanging real estate, it is essential that all the parties have a clear and common goal and work together to acieve it. This includes brokers, agents, cooperating brokers and agents, title companies, mortgage lenders, home inspectors and geotechnic and structural engineers, real estate and zoning attorneys, vendors to the real estate service industry, marketing, andvertising print and electronic media companies, and on and on. Like a real estate developer, someone needs to lead this orchestra to make beautiful music. Over the years, I have met thousands of these people and selected the very best - like YOU!

After "disenfranchising" I was an associate broker whith two small independent companies. I decided this is exactly the real estate niche where I desired to be - I wanted to be Independent and Cooperative.

In late 2001, just after 9/11, I purchased a franchise of one of the largest real estate companies on planet earth. while affiliated with this franchisor, my personal production put me in the top 59 agents worldwide. This was a superb learning experience and quite an adventure.

After the fun of 20% + interest rates and the doldrums in commercial real estate resulting from this financial environment, I received a letter from an associate broker of the real estate company wutg wgucj U became affiliated. He had started his own real estate company at one of the worst times in several decades, and asked me if I would like to be an associate with the company. We met, and it appeared to be a good fit. I t was, and I was living on the same street as where this firm was located - a 3 1/2 block commute. I experienced some deep valleys and heady heights in my career with this company. I have great respcect for management and many of the fine associated brokers and agents at this firm, have many friends there, working in the spirit of cooperation.
