Ann did a remarkable job with me. I started looking for a home in Newport newly 3 years ago and we must have visited at least 30 properties. Through Ann's guidance (and patience!) , I actually ended up buying a property (October 2015) which was about a 180 degree opposite type property from what I had started looking at.... from a 2 bedroom condo with a great water view in downtown Newport to buying a fabulous duplex near the beach in Middletown. I could not be happier with my new home. It's a great space in a great neighborhood and generates income as well. I feel she took the time to get to know me well which allowed her to be able to suggest other great options that I hadn't even thought about. Am so glad she did. The purchase process went quite smoothly....she's been a great and wonderful agent.
