We were fortunate to have Andrew as our buyer’s agent when we purchased a house this year and also as a listing agent when we sold our former home. Andrew is an expert in real estate as well as construction and he was adept at guiding us through the purchasing and selling process. He was able to point out both flaws and features in homes we visited. He was also very patient with us, I never felt as if he was pressuring us in any way. In fact, the first house that we initially made an offer on ended up with us getting “cold feet.” Even though I’m sure this was a frustration to him, he never let on and continued to assist us in searching. After several weeks of searching, we finally ended up in home we love and he was instrumental in assisting us as our buyer’s agent. When it came to selling our former home, Andrew was invaluable as well. Our home needed a lot of updating and Andrew was able to work with us and determine what things needed to be done and what things could wait. When time came to do the updates, Andrew acted as a project manager, scheduling different teams to come in and replace carpet, paint the exterior, replace countertops, and many other things. Andrew even did some of the work himself, like trimming the tree in our front yard! The house ended up looking beautiful at the end of the remodel. When we placed the house on the market, Andrew continued to work hard as our listing agent, hosting several open houses and performing other marketing. We ended up selling the house within several weeks and received close to our asking price. Andrew is stays very busy and you may not get a hold of him immediately at all times but he is very responsive and will get back with you and he will always be honest with you. I would be proud to recommend Andrew to any of my friends or family.
