Hi Amar/Sri, We would like to thank you very much for helping us buy our first house. We are very excited to start this next phase of our lives. Here is what we thought of the whole process. Overall, it was a very very pleasant experience and has left us with a feeling of joy. 1. We really appreciate the negotiation that you guys did in order to get our house for us. The whole process of negotiating and requesting the seller to take the house off the market was an excellent move. 2. We really like how you guys have all your bases of the house buying process covered (right from making an offer for the house to the bankers). It is nice for us to not have to worry about the small aspects of things, especially when it your first time home buying. 3. We love the fact that the essential appliances and the warranty was included as part of the contract. That saved us some headache.
