Born and raised in Orange County California, Alex, at the kindhearted age of 17 years of age began his entrepreneur endeavors developing his business acumen. While he didn’t totally understand the entire business behind entrepreneur ship, Alex only knew he was helping the family and learning skills sets he found fascinating. Little did Alex know that years later, he would be continuing the family tradition set forth by his adventurous family members and follow his endless passion of helping sellers and buyers from all walks of life through his unique “Clientele First” of performance-based Real Estate Business Model. Along the way, Alex Vargas started his career in Mortgage Lending in 2001 and received his Real Estate license in 2003. Alex has worked with major brands such as Weichert Realtors-Gold Coast Realty and as May 1, 2013, he now works with Remax in Irvine (Orange County), California. These experiences in mortgage lending for 9 years and real estate for the last 10 years only proved to hone his skills in problem solving, team building, negotiations and goal achievement. Getting much more than you bargained for… So what are the things you look for when selecting a Realtor to help you sell your home… For my wife and I, it came down to three things: 1. Market knowledge - Does this Realtor know the market for your home? Are they up to date with current comps and trends? Do they know who is buying and why? 2. Process knowledge - Once you engage this Realtor, do they have the know how to make the process go smoothly? Can they anticipate and handle the myriad of details that always come up during the sales process (staging, marketing, showing the home), during the negotiation process, and finally during the escrow process? 3. That something extra… So let’s be honest… all good Realtors have #1 and #2 in spades. If they have been around for more than a couple of years, your home won’t be the first one they sell. We interviewed seven good Realtors and all of them had the tools and knowledge to successfully market and sell our home. But what makes Alex different? What is that something extra? It sounds simple, but it’s the ability to bring buyers to your home that would otherwise never see your home. It’s easy to put your home into the online services, and that will bring in a number of buyers. But Alex Vargas was able to bring in buyers that NO OTHER REALTOR even seemed to consider We had about 10 showings in the week our home was on the market. Most of the people seeing our home were international buyers looking to move to OC. The other Realtors we talked to did not even mention the international market. So what was the result… We sold our home in a week, closed escrow 34 days later, and cleared more money than other Realtors recommended we list our home at. Throughout the process, Alex and his transaction coordinator, Senka, made the process as smooth and stress free as one could imagine. Alex and Senka always kept us in the loop. Alex even texted us when he was on vacation in the Caribbean. Senka kept her eyes on the paperwork to make sure that everything we needed to do (and everything our buyers needed to do) was taken care of and was handled right - the first time. Elana and I cannot recommend Alex and Senka more highly. Alex’s ability to bring in fresh buyers, and both of their ability to make sure the transaction is handled with a minimum of stress speak volumes for their professionalism, character, and work.
