Lilli Ann was great and I highly recommend her. She exhibited a few specific characteristics that made me love my experience with her. 1. Knowledge about the Seattle area - I was coming from out of town and wasn't actually in Seattle to make this purchase. From the very first phone call, Lilli Ann was very educational about how the market has changed over the past 10 years and where she saw the market going in the next ten years. She knew in which areas to buy and gave us a general sense of the surrounding areas of units we were interested in. She knew what to bid to get the units we wanted, which was crucial advice in ultimately securing the unit we were most in love with. 2. Knowledge about specific buildings - Because Lilli Ann has been in the market for so long, she has an encyclopedic knowledge about specific buildings that ranged from knowing the building's reputation to knowing how well the building is managed. This was very helpful in ultimately deciding which unit to purchase. 3. Willingness to do everything - Because we were coming from out of town, we needed a realtor to go the extra mile and Lilli Ann did just that. On some days, we would see listings we liked at 2pm and by 3pm, we had an in-person video walk-through from her combing through the unit going through the good and the bad. She was also helpful in guiding us through the financing process and the closing process, and even after closing, has been quite helpful in minor things that new homeowners have to deal with like asking the seller questions about the unit all the way down to giving us tips on where to get furniture. 4. Personalized guidance - We had some pretty specific requirements - for example, I needed a gas range. There were a ton of properties that Lilli Ann could've pushed upon us, but from the very first conversation of what we were looking for, Lilli Ann kept those interests in mind and would be sure to point them out in her walk-throughs. She also always had our best interests at heart. It was clear she wanted us to find a place we liked, not a place that fit her priorities. 5. Personality - From the very first phone call, Lilli Ann was calm, professional, and very personable. It was really a joy to work with her, especially when she guided us through stressful times like when we submitted bids that were too low (our fault) and had additional deals that we wanted to work out with the seller. All in all, I plan on telling all my friends about Lilli Ann. Highly recommend.
