I wish I could give George 1000+ stars. My husband and I were referred to George and being first time home buyers, we didn't really know what to expect. George took us under his wing and guided us through the whole process. He was available to us quite literally 24/7. I am very type A, personality wise, and the whole process gave me so much anxiety. I would always joke that he must get so sick of hearing my voice, but he always answered graciously that it's his job to be available to his clients whenever they need him. He would respond within minutes, no matter the time of day or night. He showed us a TON of homes, and then we hit some loan issues which took a little bit of time on our part to sort through. Never once did I feel pressured by George, or sensed that he was annoyed. In fact, it was the opposite. He told us how important it was to take our time, to make the right decision, and he informed us the whole time of what the market was doing, how low he thought he could get the price, and the competition. Once we found our home, our offer was accepted right away. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. 9-months-later we found our dream home had gone on the market, and we just had to have it. We then went to George. Let me tell you, selling a house is WAY different than buying. We never felt the stress more than we had to because George dealt with everything. He did multiple open houses, he showed us graphs with the market vs. competition, gave us decorating/staging tips, he never had a doubt in his mind that he would get our house sold, and for top dollar. That's exactly what he did. We were sold and in our dream home in record timing, and we couldn't be more grateful. Though I don't think we will be moving anytime soon, I would recommend George to ANYONE. If you want a very honest, very compassionate, go-getter who knows the industry like the back of his hand, you won't be disappointed in George! Please go with your gut and hire him. He's one of the few last good ones left!!
