I believe that Jennifer Ricco is the ONLY realtor that could have accomplished the positive ending to such a challenging home purchase! From the very beginning she listened to my needs, was highly professional, showed never-ending energy through the entire 7 month process of buying a short sale home and never showed any indication that we should quit. She basically held my hand through my first home purchase on my own and, behind the scenes, I know she performed many miracles on my behalf. I would recommend her to everyone looking to buy a home. Her knowledge of the Santa Clarita area is boundless, her responsiveness and caring nature is overwhelming, and her ability to "get the job done" is nothing short of amazing!
