He then joined a marketing company in Phoenix and sold land in south central Colorado, mini farms if you will, in one of the coldest spots in the USA. It turned out to be one of the most fertile farming areas in Southern Colorado, near the San Luis Valley. RE/MAX ASSOCIATES Myles has always been a work-a-holic; he has worked very consistently and effectively since he started with RE/MAX Associates and has earned the 100% club award (top 2%) since he started with RE/MAX in 1989. As a sales associate in both Poway and Rancho Penasquitos, Myles has earned the coveted Platinum Club Award (top 1%) worldwide in 1998. Myles was also inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 1998 (top 1/2%) worldwide. In 2002 Myles Weisman was awarded the Chairman’s Club Award, which places Myles Weisman & Associates in the Category of the highest single year production that RE/MAX International has to offer. MARKETING/INTERNET Myles’s motto; "Myles goes the Extra mile and Exceeds your Expectations”; which he includes in all of his web sites, magazine ads and other printed materials including letterhead and business cards. Myles has a total of 10 web sites, seemingly increasing each month; in fact, he hired a national marketing firm to see that these web sites are looked at. In the early 1990’s Myles knew he couldn’t do everything himself, he was working long hours and 7 days a week just to keep up. Myles started building a team of professionals, hence Myles Weisman and Associates. One of the most productive teams in the RE/MAX Organization. I have been licensed since 1973 and sold land in Arizona, New Mexico and Texas for the Horizon Corp as well as acreage in Arizona know as Deer Valley Ranches and in 1985 relocated to San Diego and started working with Century 21 and after 2 years joined RE/MAX in 1989 and has been a leading producer ever since.
