My wife and I recently had the privilege of being represented by Brent Rice during the sale and subsequent purchase of our home, and we could not have asked for a more positive outcome. Brent's experience, dedication, and negotiating skills are second to none, and we cannot thank him enough for the tremendous work he did. Any questions we had were answered immediately, and Brent was always readily available. Brent and his wife Joann worked with us to stage our home and over the course of the weekend we had several contracts on our house that matched or exceeded the listing price. In a market where you need to be at a house as soon as it hits the market, Brent helped to eliminate our stress by always being in front of the listings, and being available at a moments notice. When the house we ultimately purchased was initially listed, Brent was able to set us up with the first showing, and he successfully negotiated the contract, saving us additional money that we were willing to spend, because he is the type of agent who works with the best interests of his client in mind.
