I feel extremely fortunate that Tom was not only the agent who helped us sell our home but also the realtor who helped us purchase our new home. The reason why we decided to choose Tom to represent us was simple. Tom is genuine, thoughtful and very professional. Toms has a great balance of enthusiasm and veteran savvy. As an agent Tom educates his clients. I loved the fact that he took the time to listen to our ideas and questions without coming across as dismissive or uninterested. While selling our home Tom put a pre-listing offer on Zillow higher than our intended asking price. We employed this strategy for a week. Because of the interest generated on the website we decided to make our Asking price $2500 more then the pre-listing price. Within 6 hours we had an offer for full asking price. We excepted the offer and the process went very smoothly. Buying a house on the other hand was not so easy. This was no fault of Toms. We moved into a very competitive ZIP Code. The houses that we were looking at were not quite what we needed. My wife and I decided to expand our horizons and look at a house that were beyond our budget. The house of our dreams dropped into our hands but unfortunately it was $38,000 beyond our reach. This is where Tom's veteran savvy came in handy. The house that we chose had one quirky flaw and we all locked in on it. Tom waited for the sellers realtor to contact us on our thoughts about the property. Tom presented our concerns to the agent and mentioned our budget in a thoughtful and professional way. From the beginning it was the very virtures that we desired in an agent that paid off in each process. As a family we are very grateful that we were able to be represented by Tom.
