I am not in the habit of writing reviews but my experience with Mitra Malek at the Klein Real Estate Team has convinced me otherwise. I personally reside in Florida whereas my condo was in Los Angeles and consequently dealing with the sales could have been challenging for me. Luckily, Mitra introduced me to a few cost effective and trust-worthy workers to renovate my condo before sales. In less than a week the condo looked fresh again and ready for the sale. They posted the condo listing on a few websites and Mitra scheduled the openhouse. We received 2 offers the next day. After the negotiations, we were able to agree on a sales price about 15k above our listing. The Escrow closed in less than 30 days. I decided to write this review with my greatest pleasure for Mitra to thank her for taking care of my condo and its sales as if it were her own property. I appreciate all she has done for me.
