Kate is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone in the market. It was an unfortunate event that brought me and my brother to Kate. Sadly my mom passed away in January and we needed to sell her home in NH. I live in Idaho and my brother lives in Maine. Emotionally it was a very challenging experience, but Kate eased the pain because she handled all of the details for the listing and sale of the home. When she first listed the home, she staged each room and it looked beautiful. The photos on Zillow (or MLS) were tasteful, artistic and clearly left an impact on people. I was impressed that she did all of this outside of business hours. After each showing, she would send us an email or call us with updates. The showings all took place on a Saturday and Sunday. Kate worked hard for us and I am grateful she was able to sell it quickly. However, more importantly than selling it quickly, she was a great communicator and was very professional and thorough each step of the way. We had a perfect outcome considering the circumstances and she sold our house in record time but the process was great. Kate is honest, timely with her communications and follow through and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. She provided us with valuable information on so many things that I felt were outside her roles and responsibility. She is very friendly, professional and fun to chat with. I recommend her without any hesitation.
