Tina Hare is the best at what she does. She is the only realtor that my husband and I have worked with that makes you feel like top priority at all times. My husband and I relocated from out of state and needed to find a house very quickly. She was able to go in detail about the towns we were interested in while steering us away from unsafe neighborhoods and never putting us in a situation to go over our maximum budget. She was so efficient, professional, and kind we were able to find our dream home within a few weeks. Not many people can work extremely well under pressure with all the needs and wants my husband and I required, she did. Her team is fantastic, organized, and well oiled. Her negotiation skills are excellent which makes you feel comfortable and confiendent placing an offer on a home. She truly goes above and beyond what a typical realtor does while working with her. If you want to find your future home and be stress free and excited from day one let Tina Hare guide you in the right direction!
