This review is long overdue: Chris Kish of Weichert Realtors helped us find and buy the home of our dreams! As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were clueless about the home buying process. Not only did Chris walk us through what to expect, he made it easy to understand the entire process. Chris also kept us from being overwhelmed in our search for our dream home by helping us narrow the area and features we were looking for. Where other realtors may have shown buyers hundreds of homes they didn't want, Chris didn't waste our time and only showed us homes we were really liked. With Chris, we were able to land our dream home viewing less than 10 properties or so. Chris also made the offering process painless with his impressive negotiation skills and was incredibly knowledgeable! Chris didn't baulk when we backed out of offers that we changed our mind about and even agreed with our reasons. He was always cheerful with a can-do-attitude through the entire process and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The one time he was 15 min late because of a traffic jam on the way to view a property, which we were also late to, he sent us a delicious gift basket the next day, even though it wasn't necessary. It was much appreciated! Our search began during the busy summer months and once we found a home to offer on, Chris pounced on it immediately so that we didn't get left out of the seller's decision process, even when we only had a few hours to make a last minute offer. If Chris couldn't make it because we sprung a new viewing on him without much notice, his partner Julie Fugate stepped up to make sure we got the greatest customer service possible. Chris even supported us through closing and afterwards. Chris and Julie make an amazing team and I can't recommend them enough! Chris hasn't forgotten about us several months later and keeps in touch to ensure we feel happy and welcome in our new home! When we finally are ready to upgrade in a few years, Chris will be the realtor we call! We recommend Chris Kish to everyone we know who is searching for a new home! Thank you so much Chris and Julie!
